A man who used his hands to hit his neighbours car after a dispute is expected to appear in Parramatta Local Court on September 14.
Police were called to Langford Smith Close, Kellyville at 6.45pm on September 2 after reports the 45 year old was screaming and hitting a 2003 Astra parked in his neighbours driveway.
The 23-year-old car owner confronted the man, but was threatened.
Police said there was $300 of damage to the car.
A Kellyville man was charged with malicious damage and intimidation.
