KELLYVILLE was enviro-shopping central on the weekend when The Hills Shire Council held its latest Big Aussie Swap Shop.
The Swap Shop gave residents a chance to update their wardrobes and clear out their bric-a-brac for free.
On Saturday, residents converged on the Wrights Road Community Centre, handed in their used goods then perused the rows of clothes and other goods for hidden treasures.
The council promotes the event as recycling and environmentally friendly shopping at its best, as no cash exchanges hands.
Swappers were also able to hand in old mobiles, CDs, DVDs and household batteries for recycling.
