ROUSE Hill's first brewery has opened with a splash.
The first stage of the Australian Hotel and Brewery, in Annangrove Road, Rouse Hill, is open.
Features include a Diamond Standard Super Sports TAB, outdoor wagering and a casino style sports hub.
There's a micro brewery and tours during which people will be able to brew their own beer a beer garden, bistro, TAB, gambling area and a nightclub.
The TAB resembles a theatre while the outdoor area will include a smoking area with a water feature.
There will also be an in-house bakery while the bistro will serve brewery inspired dishes.
Patrons will be able to cook their own meat on indoor and outdoor barbecues.
There will also be a play area for children.
The brewery's owners, the Colosimo family, aim to operate the greenest pub in Sydney, run on solar energy using recycled water.
The venue will trade until 1am, providing live entertainment from the mezzanine level above the beer garden as well as private function areas.
The wall of the micro brewery next to the beer garden will be made of glass so patrons can watch their local drop being made.
Not only will the brewery's own label be on tap, patrons will be able to take it home in mini kegs.
