Three car collision on Windsor Road

06 Sep, 2010 01:04 PM
A three car collision on Monday afternoon resulted in one woman being taken to hospital.

Police said a Lethbridge Park woman, 43, stopped on Windsor Road at 5.05pm to turn into a driveway.

She was hit from behind by a Baulkham Hills woman, 23, driving an Astra.

The Lancer was pushed into oncoming traffic and hit a Hyundai, being driven by a 24-year-old Kellyville woman, which was travelling in the opposite direction.

Police said the Astra driver suffered hip and abdominal pain and was taken to Westmead Hospital for treatment.

She was also given a traffic infringement notice for negligent driving.
