Doing what comes naturally at Castle Hill RSL

01 Jun, 2010 05:00 AM

MUSCLES muscles and more muscles.

That's what was on stage during the recent Sydney Natural Physique Bodybuilding Titles 2010 at Castle Hill RSL Club.

The event was held by Australasian Natural Body Building (ANB), who follow a strict no-doping code.

President Robert Powell said the event was ``a huge success''.

``It was the biggest event we have had in years,'' Powell said.

``We had over 150 entrants, a lot who were from The Hills area, and we had over 3000 spectators on the day. It was massive.''

The event was held on Sunday, May 23.

Stand-out competitors were 24 year-old Ryan Kennelly and 28 year-old Jessica Murphey, both of Castle Hill, who qualified for the Australian Championships.

What a show: The Sydney Natural Physique Bodybuilding Titles 2010 was certainly a crowd-pleaser. Above and right: The novice men strut their stuff. Picture: Natalie Robert
